The C.A.N.A.B.A Party

The C.A.N.A.B.A (Can't Avoid Nagging Aggravating & Bitching Always) party has gotten the best of me. I really do not understand what they want and how they wish the rest of us to act to make them at ease and peace. They seem to be everywhere with their non ending cynicism and skepticism. We all have them among our circles and friends; they are the ones who have the following resolutions and that want to push their beliefs up our throats:

1. This is not a revolution this is an uprising:

The basis of the assumption is that the whole population did not go to the street. Well my educated CANABA addict can you cite a revolution in history where the whole population went to the street? I can cite NONE: the French didn't all go to the street in their history changing revolution neither did the Americans in the revolution you so glorify nor the did the eastern Europeans in their recent ones. Revolutions are usually started by an uprising that ends up overthrowing a regime. This is what happened in Egypt since January and this is what is still going on; so for God's sake keep your wisdom to yourselves.

2. This country will never emerge with so much ignorance around:

That has me dumbfounded; cause it was the regime that we overthrew that was responsible for the ignorance and lack of education. So I reckon it is a good step we did what we did on the way to educating the people and lessening the ignorance and its effects? NOT to the CANABA people it isn't; they prefer to continue making the statement and when you ask them how or what they propose they do not have an answer except repeating their statement again

3. The revolution just handed the country to the Islamists:

Really? Ok if we assume you are right does this mean the revolution should not have happened? Are you accepting what you have come to know in terms of atrocities and corruption of the late regime? No of course not they are not accepting (or so they claim) but the Islamists are the big bad wolf now (CANABAists always need a big bad wolf of a kind)

4. Why are you going to Tahrir again?

Well you (CANABAists) indicated that the revolution was being stolen by the Islamists so we thought you had a good point there and decided to go to Tahrir again to show that there are other forces to be reckoned with and taken into consideration. A message of force was made so that no one political faction over values its power or abuses it. That's good; right? We were trying to address your fears (CANABAists) and ours too

5. Tahrir hampers productivity and harms the economy

But we go on Friday's? And do you really expect the economy to be alive and kicking that quickly? I thought you claim you are pragmatic; how can you therefore imagine a country in revolution regaining its economical forte so quickly?

6. The revolution took away the security and brought in the thugs

No!!!! The security was as corrupt as the regime and was the card played against us and therefore it is taking more time to reinstate. The thugs as it turns out to be were an integral part of the regime that went down; we just didn't realize it. And yes it is a problem we need to cater for in the days to come

To address further worries thrown at the rest of us by the CANABAists:

a. No one is against SCAF as they are the only pillar currently capable to steer the country. We just try to send them messages of what people want (not all people since we are humanly divided in our requests). And you know what is actually quite healthy is that they seem to listen and address the requests given that by default they are not revolutionaries (and they should never be or then it would be a coup!!!)

b. Tahrir is not in anyway an addiction but rather an action plan to get the revolution on track whenever it is swayed from its original route

c. We are in a transitional period that will take some time even beyond the elections until things are as they should be; not back to normal because we have been living the abnormal

To their credit most of them acknowledge we had a very corrupt regime; we needed the "revolution" and that what happened in Tahrir was amazing and totally unexpected by the people they so look down to (and that's were they draw the line on acknowledgements)

I write this to ask the CANABAists to really get a life and try to act instead of continually criticizing and flooding us with their unqualified cyncism.
Kindly stop telling us "and you will see!!!" or if you do then please educate us and tell us:

1. What will we see?
2. What can we do so that we don't see what you are warning us of?
3. What are you doing about what you are so scared "we will see"?

A final suggestion to the CANABA Party is to take a deep breath and may be consider being more proactive and translate your love to the country by taking action (unless you are busy preparing your exit plan). If you still choose not to then may be you can find it in your hearts to let us (the naive ones) be on our way to LaLa land as you call it. Just please spare us your relentless negativity (or may be go to Tahrir and get a taste of its liberating energy); or simply prolong your rejoicing when we score (cause you do rejoice despite trying to hide and disguise it!!!)

By the way I am not in anyway addressing those with normal legitimate and substantiated fears of the unknown and what the future holds. I have a lot of those fears myself and we all are going through this period of uncertainty with this package; some choose though to fight these scary thoughts rather than succumb to them.

A time to despair??????

I have been accused by some friends that I am over optimistic in what I write and how I see things. In an effort to be a good listener and to avoid not taking criticism positively I started looking into that with a view to fend this accusation (please note that I have to defend being positive). I googled "being optimistic" and among other things came across a very interesting article entitled :"Being an optimist: 8 ways to overcome pessimism" by a gentleman called Donald Latumahina in 2008. Going through the steps he recommends and adapting them to what we are going through in Egypt these days was an eye opener to why I, among some, am optimistic. I thought to share it with you as it may well be a logical  step by step approach to find the positiveness within each of us. Here are his list of 8 steps with my personal adaptation to the Egytian scene:

1. Find a cause you believe in
I think that whether you care to admit it or not a better Egypt has become the cause we are all debating and arguing about. 


2. Focus on the possibilities, not the impossibilities
The possibilities are so grand: freedom, democracy, a more just and fair system that encompasses all. Not a system that gives only the priviliged but a benign system for all. Why focus on scary scenarios; I am not saying ignore those but work towards making sure they do not happen


3. Read inspiring stories
In our case no need to  practically read or search; just remember and re grasp the grandeur of what went on a few months ago in Tahrir and all over Egypt


4. Be part of a team
We are all part of Team Egypt. Contribute even if it is a simple positive post on facebook. You know if you cannot find it in yourself to do that then may be just refrain from posting a negative one. A lot of us have joined parties (or contemplating that) and most of us are actively involved in one way or the other in fretting and worryingfor the future of Egypt (even by simply watching talk shows and scrutinizing what is going on);that's good: keep it up!!!!


5. Connect to your cause
First define what your cause is. Go back to point one above: yessssss!!! It is Egypt; we are all helplessly loving our country; in a lot of different ways and sometimes in opposing directions but we all have the same cause and passion. Let us up it a notch and rally ourselves around points of agreement in preparation for ironing out the points of disagreement


6. Connect to your spiritual power source
No help or preaching needed here as the Egyptian charachter profile or may be even the original egyptian gene is designed and revolves around faith and belief. Use that faith people. Use your love for God and your trust in Him


7. Get rid of negative words
You keep sounding these words in your mind and soon you believe them. Let us keep those if needed for our jokes. Try not to start your statements with "but's" (one t!!) and "no's". We all take extreme care in not hurting other people in what we say; why don't we take the same care that something we say may sway someone else into pessimism. We all matter by the way and each of us in his/her own way has influence over others ; that is a responsibilty that has to be taken both seriously and diligently


8. Open your mind for unexpected ways
The times we are going through started with the unexpected; why are we limiting ourselves and our forecasts to what we got used to expecting and accepting. We have already startled the world; why shouldn't we believe in our capabilty to deliver on what we wish and yearn for


Those who know me can tell that I am not a naive person. I run the risk of being tagged that but I will run that risk happily and will not regret it one day: we may have a bumpy ride ahead and definitely a not so comfortable transformation process but with belief in ourselves and our dream; Egypt will prevail


Our options and potential are unlimited so why are we self torturing ourselves with pessimism. How can what is to come be worse than what we have been through? Let us think positive; even if what we wish for doesn't happen in its entirity we would have enjoyed dreaming of it!!

I apologize to those who got mislead by the title thinking I was changing direction!!!!! (in my defense though the title is questioning why we shouldn't be pessimistic and not calling for it - sorry!!)

A wake up call !!

It is very easy to be an elitist and here are a few steps that you need to take to confirm yourself as one:

Step 1: Look down and belittle any opinion that does not coincide with yours
Step 2: Do not under any circumstance attempt to research or understand what your oponent has to say
Step 3: Attack any opinion varying to yours at face value; don't bother going deep
Step 4: Keep sulking about how other people do not understand nor appreciate the perils we are rushing full speed into

While doing all of the above and in order to reinforce your position use quotes that are out of context and great dreamy songs or Utube videos to make your points or better still examples that do not in anyway comply with our situation. If people get the symbolism well and good; if they don't then they are simply not up to par and deserve none of your efforts to elevate them.


Let us all sober up; we are living history in the making and we need to live up to those times. Remember and recall all the history that you have read; it was always tainted with blood and attrocities until the good prevailed and in hindsight there was always injustice. So yes human development and strife includes and involves a lot of pain and everything has a price particularly freedom which is simply "priceless".

Instead of refuting the Muslim Brotherhood let us try to understand what they are calling for; not adopt it but comprehend it so we are able to critique it. But even before we critique it we may persevere to find the common grounds. This is the smart approach because when we are finished identifying the common grounds we may be pleasantly surprised that the differences are limited and negotiable. I am mentioning the MB namely since they seem to be the most powerful force in the Egyptian political scene currently but I believe that this should be applied to all players (and am also mentioning them to have some of you shiver!!!). I really wish us to pressure the liberals to sit with the MB and forge an allignment that would lead this country during its rebirth. A deal needs to be done and the whole world of politics play by these rules. In the UK the SDP which was an offshoot of the Labour party is now in government with the Tory's; politics is a game with no boundaries (not suggesting any breach of ethics here!!).

Having acknowledged that the Islamists are more powerful on the street scene  with the ignorant and poor commoners (that again the Egyptian intellegentsia looks condescently upon while frowning); what are we all doing about it except dreading what is to come in the comfort of our living rooms' sofas: NOTHING. We need to learn our lessons from what happened in the referundum; when a "considerable" some of us voiced a "NO" we ended up with an end result that addressed us all; an incomplete one to some of us I conquer but definitely more than what the pessimists expected. Let me remind you that most of the adamant "NO" voters were die-harders for the 1971 constitution to be abolished; well it is gone !!! I know that now some of us are scrutinizing the constitutional declaration and demanding more (some of the points currently in fashion where not on the original menu of requests though).

A lot among us are exercising what I deem "the dictatorship of the minority". By sitting in place and demanding what they wish for being adhered to without question and without it being the call of the majority. So by thinking some of us know better by virtue of education or social class we are falling into the trap of tagging and labelling others and their consequent opinions. We have been seeing a lot of faces in the media that are actually quite impressive and had they not been identified with a certain line of thought or the other we may have been more accepting ; or may be for some if they heard them on radio without an introduction they would have voted for them.

 I am calling that we become more proactive and that we first undersatnd and comprehend what we have been lead to refuse without thought or study. Again this is not a call to join them but the smart way is to understand your foe (if they are foes) in order that you compete with them.

I am also suggesting that we discuss the real issues and drop the ones that are simply dogma. Article 2 of the consititution will not be changed and that is no breaking news. And surprise surprise: a copt and a woman can be candidates for presidancy according to the current constitutional declaration;  we cannot decree that they also have to be elected; can we now? You know may be if we over discuss these issues we may end up toughening things on ourselves. Let us ponder on that thought; over discussion sometimes leads to adverse results.

We need to adapt to what is coming not fight it. Let us accept that there is going to be an election soon and work towards that. Work and not give up while acknowledging that we may not be prepared for it nor shall our wishlist be delivered in its entirity; but it is our duty to make our voice heard and to have an imapct. Even if we are a minority we should make sure our voices get there share with vibrance and of weight. This way whoever comes to power will have us a s a force to reckon with. To all those who cite the Turkish model as one to follow or adhere to please note that the Islamists over there are always sober to the liberals being ready and strong as an opposition force.
In a democracy the opposition is as important as the ruling party; we have suffered for years because of lack of representation and non existance of an opposition so let us not allow it to happen again.Strong opposition make democracies flourish.

Now if you have read that far I wish to share with you that I don't believe that the islamists will have an overwhelming majority and that I believe that Egypt will have a lot of power sharing in the coming 4 years which I also believe that will be very healthy for the country or the new republic of Egypt in its first years so let us attempt to make it happen. That is conditional on no one being passive. I just wrote all of the above to plead with you all to be proactive and not let history pass you by while you are sulking.

Look at it this way we have all proven to be Romeo's (with Egypt being our Juliet) but suicide is not an option this time around; we have to be happily married to our long lost love that we have just regained; it is up to us to make it happen

الأرثوذكـس

لم تفهم مريم وهى طفلة لماذا كان عليها أن تذهب إلى مدرسة الأحد يوم الجمعة، وأبداً لم تسأل لماذا لا تذهب إلى مدرسة الأحد يوم الأحد، وتذهب إلى النادى منذ صباح الجمعة مع باقى أصدقائها.

ولكنها فهمت حين كبرت أن مدرسة الكنيسة كانت فى الأصل يوم الأحد عندما كانت إجازة المدارس جمعة وأحد فى زمن ماما وبابا.

كانت مريم تلميذة فى مدرسة الراهبات، وكانت المفضلة عند المدرسين لهدوئها وشديد أدبها، مع التزامها بكل التعاليم والتعليمات، كانت بداخلها الكثير من التساؤلات التى طالما أخفتها، وفضلت عدم البوح بها خشية أن يقال عنها إنها خارجة عن الخط المرسوم لها.

لم تفهم التلميذة النجيبة لماذا تترك الفصل لتحضر حصة الدين المسيحى رغم أن المدرسة مدرسة راهبات، ولم تفهم لماذا لا ترد بالسلام عليكم ورحمة الله كزميلاتها، رغم أنها وجدت هذا الرد جميلاً وبه معانى ودعاءً مطلوباً، فما أجمل رحمة الله كما قال لها أبونا.

لم تفهم لماذا لم تكن تدعى عند أعز أصدقائها فى رمضان، ولماذا كانت زميلاتها تتحاشين أخذ قطعة من ساندوتشاتها إذا كان به لحم، فكلما كبرت زاد فهمها لمعنى كلمة أقلية وإن كانت لم تشعر بأنها ليست من نسيج مجتمعها، فهى مصرية ملتزمة وتعرف ربها، تعريفها لنفسها هو تعريف كل صديقاتها مسلمات كن أو مسيحيات لأنفسهن.

وفى البيت كانت مريم دائماً تؤدى المطلوب منها دون مناقشة ، والحقيقة أنها لم تجد أسباباً كثيرة للمناقشة، فقد تربت على  القبول وفى الوقت ذاته لم تجد فى طلبات والديها منها مغالاة، فهم عائلة مسيحية ملتزمة فى كل شئ ديناً ودنيا، فهم عائلة مترابطة، وأحد أهم روابطهم قربهم من الكنيسة وتعاليمها دون حاجة إلى التشدق بذلك باستمرار، ودون حاجة لدعوة الغير للالتزام، فقد تربت على عمل ما هو صحيح مع عدم التدخل فى شئون الآخرين حولها حتى وإن فعلوا ما يبدو لها خطأ، وقد ربتها عائلتها وكنيستها حقاً على عقيدة التسامح والغفران والقبول.

وكانت مصدر فخر للعائلة حين نجحت فى دخول كلية الصيدلة لتكمل مشوار الأب والذى بدأه الجد، وهكذا أصبحت مريم ضمان استمرار رخصة الصيدلية التى ورثها والدها عن جدها طبقاً للقانون دون حاجة للتحايل عليه.

 وأقبلت على الجامعة بروح عالية وكالعادة بالتزامها المعهود، وتوسع عالمها وكبر من مدرسة الراهبات وتلميذاتها إلى أقران وأصدقاء من خلفيات مختلفة.

وأحست فى بعض الأحيان بعدم ارتياح البعض للصليب المعلق على صدرها، وإن كانت الأغلبية تعاملت دون قيود.

وفى السيكشن تعرفت على مروان، شاب من وسط مماثل تماماً لوسطها، ملتزم ومهذب وذو شخصية مكتملة فى نظرها.

وأصبح الاثنان رفيقى الدراسة وأصدقاء مقربين، علاقتهما مهذبة وملتزمة وبها كثير من الاحترام.

وكما هو منتظر فى سنهما تطورت العلاقة بينهما إلى مشاعر رومانسية، فأحس كلاهما برباط قوى يربط بين قلبيهما دون أن يصرح أحد منهما بمشاعره تجاه الآخر.

ودون أن يشعرا تواصلت قلوبهما، فأحس كل طرف بما يكنه له الآخر من مشاعر زادت على مجرد مشاعر الأصدقاء.

وحان وقت التخرج، وكأن مروان أبى أن يتخرج دون أن يصارحها بما يجيش به قلبه، فطلب من مريم أن تصغى له، ودون تنميق لكلامه أعلن لها عن حبه وأنها الفتاة التى يتمنى أن يكمل معها مسيرة عمره، ولم تفاجأ مريم بما قاله، فهى تشعر مثل شعوره تماماً، وأدركت أن حاسة الاستشعار لديها قد أصابت حين شعرت بنبض قلبه يحبها.

عند هذه اللحظة توقفت مريم، وتصورت جمال الحياة مع مروان ومابينهما من تفاهم وتناغم، وكيف أنه فتى أحلامها ومنتهى آمالها، فابتسمت ابتسامة واسعة، وفى الوقت ذاته تضاءلت هذه الابتسامة وهى تحاول أن تفكر، أين سيصلى أبناؤهما؟ هل فى الكنيسة أم فى المسجد؟؟ وكيف لهذا الرباط أن يعيش وهو مرفوض من كلتا الديانتين؟!!

وكيف ستشرح لأسرتها الموقف، وكيف سيشرح هو لأسرته أنه يريد الزواج من فتاة ذات دين مختلف عن دينه الإسلامى، اختفت الابتسامة من على وجهها نهائياً وهى تتصور رد الفعل من أهلها، وأيضاً أبونا وهو يحاول إعادتها إلى صحيح دينها وعقيدتها.

نظرت مريم لمروان فى عينيه وقالت له: أنا أيضاً أحبك، ولكن هذا هو أقصى ما يمكن أن نصل إليه. نعم ..فحبنا محكوم عليه بالنهاية منذ هذه اللحظة، لأن ما سنضحى به أنا وأنت أكبر بكثير من أن نحتمله.

الله اختار لنا أن نحب بعضنا دون أن يكتب لنا أن نكون معاً، ولعل تقارب شخصياتهما هو الذى جعل مروان يقبل منطقها، ولا يحاول الإصرار فى إقناعها ولا يهدد بمحاولة الانتحار إذا لم تكن مريم له.

ومرت الأيام، ومريم تعمل فى شركة الأدوية الأمريكية صباحاً وتساعد والدها فى الصيدلية مساءً.

توافد عليها الكثير من الخطاب ولكن بلا طائل، فكانت ترفضهم تباعاً حتى فقدت أمها الأمل وشغلت نفسها فى زيجات أولادها الآخرين.

وصل مارك من أمريكا ليصبح رئيسها الجديد فى الشركة، شاب أمريكى، وسيم، متقد الذكاء، الكل يجزم بأنه ذو مستقبل باهر وواعد، ومن أول نظرة وقع الأمريكى أسير جمال روح مريم، ولم يمض وقت طويل قبل أن تشعر مريم بأنه يشغل قلبها، توافقت مشاعرها معه واعترف كل منهما للآخر، هذه المرة دامت الابتسامة على وجه مريم، فهو وإن كان اسماً من دينها فإن عائلتها لن تجد سوى بعدها عنهم سبباً فى طول التفكير، وبارك بابا الكنيسة الزواج طالما مارك مستعد أن يغير ملته إلى القبطية، ومارك لا يمانع إذا كان هذا ما سوف يرضى أهل حبيبة القلب، فهو أولاً وأخيراً لا ملة له.

فآخر مسيحى حقيقى فى عائلته كان جده الذى هاجر من أيرلندا إلى أرض الفرص الذهبية.

وتزوجا وعادا بعد حين إلى أمريكا، وزادت الأسرة بهجة بوصول الولدين جرجس ويوسف أو فى قول آخر جورج وجوزيف.

مازالت مريم على إيمانها كما هى، مواظبة على الذهاب إلى كنيسة أوهايو القبطية.

شب الولدان وترعرعا، ونظرت مريم إلى حياتها كشريط فيلم وثائقى، مارك لم يذهب أبداً إلى كنيسة، ولكنه دائماً يقدرها ويحترم إيمانها وتدينها، الأولاد على ملة أبيهم، إنسانياً يتعاملان بكل ما أنزل الله فى كتبه، ولكن لا يذهبون إلى كنيسة ولا يفكرون  فى عبادته كما تربت هى على العبادة.

دائماً ما تسترجع فى مخيلتها صورة مروان وهو يعترف بحبها، وفى كل مرة تبتسم ابتسامة البنت حين ترى حبيبها.

في ابان حكم الانظمة السابقة في مصر منذ عبد الناصر كانوا دائما يحاولون شغل بال الشعب بامور تبعدنا عن التفكير الخالي من التأثير فيما هو آت حتي نفاجئ بقرار او قانون واحيانا دستور نضطر ان نقبل به علي اساس انه وضع طبيعي او قائم.  دائما كان هناك حفل لام كلثوم او مباراة اهلي وزمالك او بطولة افريقيا او من جسمه احلي تامر ولا عمرو واذا كان التاتو اجمل او شعر الصدر. حاليا نحن جميعا مشغولين بالسلفيين واذا كان الصوفيين اقوي منهم وعن قدرة الليبراليين علي التحالف. اشياء اكيد مهمة ولا يجب ان تترك بلا فحص وتمحيص ولكن منذ اسابيع قليلة كنا جميعا لابسين رداء الفقهاء الدستوريين نناقش بلا هوادة الوضع الدستوري والهيكل المطلوب للدستور الجديد ثم بعد تلوين كل منا لاصبعه وآخذ الصورة لاثبات الادلاء بالصوت فترت همتنا وتركنا التفكير في الوثيقة التي سترسم مستقبل مصر علي الاقل لمدة عشرون او ثلالثون سنة مقبلة. في الاسطر التالية ساحاول طرح بعض الافكار التي راودتني والتي اري انها جديرة ان تكون جزءا من مناقشتنا وطلباتنا في الدستور القادم. انا لا احاول ان اقترح دستورا بقدر ما اجتهد في طرح بعض الافكار التي قد يكون بعضها قد قتل بحثا وبعضها جديد

بدءا احب ان اوضح ان ما يربط كل افكاري التالية هو خيط واحد بسيط وهو رؤيتي وايماني ان ثروة مصر الاساسية والجبارة هي شعبها ... نعم انا اري ان غني هذه البلد في ال٨٥ مليون مصري وان اعادة تأهيلهم بعد قضائنا جميعا فترة الاعتقال والسجن في العهد البائد هي نقطة البداية نحو ان تصبح مصر من البلاد المتقدمة  في العالم. وان بعد نجاح اعادة التأهيل بزذن الله لابد وان نحمي هذا الشعب من خطر الاعتقال مرة اخري.النقاط التالية كلها محاولة مني ان نضمن جميعا حريتنا المطلوبة وحماية مواطتنا ومصريتنا وهي ليست مناقشة لكل مايجب ان يشمله دستورنا الجديد لأن الفقهاء الحقيقيين اقدر علي هذا ودورنا سيكون تفهم ما يسطرون حين يشرعوا في اداء دورهم ؛ اضف الي هذا ان بعض النقاط او الافكار التلية قد لا تكون مما يضمه الدستور اصلا بل قد تكون فقط مشاريع قوانين؛ في النهاية هي افكار اراها في صالح بلدنا ولست بصدد تكييفها القانوني هنا


١. الجيش ضمانة الديموقراطية


لابد ان ينص صراحة في الدستور ان من ضمن المهام الاساسية للقوات المسلحة المصرية انها الضامنة لتداول السلطة بشكل ديموقراطي وحر. سيقفز البعض ويتهمني انني انادي بأن يكون الجيش ديكتاتورا متخفي اوالحاكم الفعلي. لأ؛ انا اطالب ان يكون الجيش هو ما نرجع اليه اذا ما فاز نفر مثلا بانتخابات فرفض حاكم تسليم الحكم او اذا استخدمت طائفة وجودها في الحكم لسن قوانين تضمن لها الاستمرارية. اتدرون ان وقفة الجيش ضد التوريث (ماقبل ٢٥ يناير ) هي التي عطلت هذا المشروع وكانت العقبة الاساسية التي لم تمكن تنفيذه؛ اذا لماذا لا نقنن هذا الدور مع وضع المعايير والاسس والضوابط التي تستدعي هذا التدخل تماما كضوابط ومعايير قرار الحرب مثلا ومن خلال هيئات لا اشخاص. ومن داخل الجيش تكون المسئولية للمجلس العسكري في مثل هذا القرار وليس للقائد العام وحده


٢. حماية الاقلية في سن القوانين

التركيبة الديموجرافية والايدولجية ( كلام جامد جدا!!!) للشعب المصري كما هو واضح من الحوارات الجارية حاليا  ليست تركيبة هارمونية او متجانسة كما نحب ان نتصور. والحقيقة ان هذه الاختلافات موجودة في جميع شعوب العالم (حتي لا يسارع محبي جلد النفس في تصوير الشعب المصري علي انه لا فائدة منه) لذلك اقترح ان يكون تمرير سن وتعديل القوانين في مجلس الشعب بالاغلبية بالاضافة الي وجوب ان يوافق علي القانون نسبة ولتكن ١٠٪ من ممثلي القوي السياسية الاخري بالمجلس: يعني لو الاخوان المسلمين هم الاغلبية كمثال لابد ان يحصلوا بالاضافة لاغلبيتهم علي ١٠٪ اخري من القوي المعارضة بالمجلس سواء حزبية او مستقلين. مرة اخري من الممكن تعريف مجموعة قوانين يلزمها هذا الشرط حتي لا نعيق الاداء التشريعي في احوال معينة والاهم ان اي تعديل دستوري لابد ان يستلزم ضعف هذه النسبة من الاقلية




٣. المجلس المصري لحقوق الانسان




الاقتراح هنا ان يتم انشاء المجلس المصري لحقوق الانسان (غير الموجود حاليا) كهيئة رقابية مستقلة لا تعين من باب الوجاهة من طرف الحكومة ولا الرئيس بل تنتخب انتخابا حرا مباشرا. نعم رئيسها يكون منتخبا تماما مثل رئيس الجمهورية وكذلك اعضائها وتكون تقاريرها وتبعيتها مباشرة لمجلس الشعب وكذلك تقدم الحالات التي تراها مباشرة ودمن قيد الي مجلس القضاء الاعلي للنظر فيها. الانسان المصري يجب ان ينتخب هيئة تقوم علي حماية حقوقه: هذه نقطة الفصل حتي لا يحلل اي حاكم لنفسه الجور علينا يوما... تصوروا قوة رئيس مجلس حقوق الانسان المصري المنتخب تماما مثل رئيس الجمهورية  من خلال برنامج واضح وخطة ومناظرات . اي ضمانة اقوي من هذه ضد صعود اخر لامن الدولة او ما يناظر. الفكرة قوية واظنها جديرة بالدراسة. نموذج الديموقراطية سهل النقل ولكننا نريد ضماناتها



٤. اشتراطات عضوية المجالس النيابية


كلنا راجعنا وناقشنا واختلفنا في شروط الترشيح لرئاسة الجمهورية وهذا شئ عظيم وجميل ولكنه ودون التقليل من اهمية الرئيس لأنه سيحكمنا فان اعضاء المجالس النيابية لا يقلون اهمية عنه ولذلك اتمني ان تكون شروط مرشح مجلس الشعب هي نفس شروط مرشح رئيس الجمهورية لسببين ان يكون من يحاسب علي نفس قدر من يحاسبه ثانيا ان شاء الله ونحن نترعرع في اجاء ديموقراطية نكون خلقنا من مجلس الشعب حضانة رؤسائنا التاليين تماما مثلما يجئ السيناتور رئيسا لامريكا. نقطة مهمة ايضا ان نصر علي ان يكون حائزا علي مؤهل جامعي لأنه من العيب ان نقبل اقل من هذا في نواب الشعب



٥. الشروط السنية للترشح


من يوم الثورة في يناير اكتشفنا فجأة ان ٦٠٪ او اكثر من الشعب من الشباب وان متوسطات السن للشعب المصري تميل قي اتجاههم؛ لن اناقش هنا سن البداية ولكن ساناقش سن النهاية: رئيس الجمهورية والسادة النواب دائما وابدا يتشدقون انهم في خدمة الشعب (لاحظوا كلمة خدمة) والدستور في النهاية به توصيف وظيفي للرئيس وغيره بمعني انه وغيره موظفين: اذا فلنطبق عليهم قانون العمل المصري وخاصة الجزء الخاص بالاحالة للمعاش. لابد ان لا يزيد سن المرشح ولا الرئيس عن ٦٥ سنة او سن المعاش القانونية ايا كانت علي ان لا يترشح من كان سيصل لهذا السن اثناء ولايته. اذا كان الشعب اغلبيته شباب فليكن حكامنا ممثلين لهذه الفئة العمرية الغالبة. الفترة الانتخابية القادمة كافية لنودع فيها الجيل الحالي ولكي نطيهم فرصة خلوص النوايا ودخول التاريخ بأن يشرعوا لمصر شابة فتية دون ان يكون لهم اغراض الاستمرارية


هذه بعض الافكار التي راودتني اضيف اليها فكرة اعرف انها لن تنفذ وان كنتم جميعا ستوافقون عليها: اقترح منع كل من انتخب في مجلس شعب ٢٠١٠ من الترشح في الدورة القادمة سواء وطني او حتي ال١٠ او ٢٠ من غير الوطني. اعضاء الوطني للاسباب المعروفة من مشاركتهم في تزوير ارادة الامة والاعضاء من غير الوطني لانهم استمراؤوا وجودهم في المجلس ولم يرفضوا التواجد في مجلس مزور. اظن هذا اقل القليل التي تستحقه الثورة ان كان منع كل من كان عضوا في الحزب الوطني امرا لا يستسيغه البعض

ارجو تفهم انني لم اتطرق للمواد الاكثر مناقشة في الدستور مثل المادة ٢ لانها قتلت بحثا وصياحا ولذلك اردت ان نوسع دائرة النقاش لمواد جديدة او قد لا تكون موجودة اصلا
